Therapy
Sessions tailored to you
No two people come with the same question, so no two courses of therapy look alike. Here you can read how I work, the methods I draw on, and why all my sessions are by video.
Who the sessions are for
Individual therapy
For individuals of all ages. We explore your thoughts, emotions, experiences and behaviours: your past, the issues you face now, and your goals for the future.
Couples therapy
A supportive space for open communication and guided discussions about what's causing tension or dissatisfaction. Together we work on communication, resolving conflicts constructively, rebuilding trust and deepening your connection.
Children, families and parental guidance
Therapy for children and families, and guidance for parents. From a systemic perspective, we work on communication and trust, as well as the challenges life brings.
Methods I use
My approach is attachment-focused: I look at how our closest relationships shape us, and work from there. Within that, I combine different methods, depending on your needs, your goals for therapy and how our sessions progress. Tap a method to read more.

Why by video?
All my sessions take place by video. You can meet me from home or another place where you feel comfortable, with no travel and no waiting room. Studies show online therapy can work as well as face-to-face sessions, including for depression and anxiety.
Video sessions aren't right for everything: some conditions are too serious not to be followed up in person.
